The 2008 Virginia DeMolay Conclave will be at Radford University over the weekend of July 17-20, 2008. At this year's Conclave we will hold competition in a number of athletic and academic categories.

Each REGION is allowed ONE competitor in each of following categories.
Regional Master Councilors must provide me with the names of the chapters who will be representing your regions in these contests no later than July 5, 2008:

• Basketball

• Billiards

• Chess (each region is allowed two competitors, not required to be from the same chapter)

• Softball

• State RD

• Tennis Doubles

• Tennis Singles

• Volleyball

Each CHAPTER is allowed ONE entry in each of the following categories.
Submissions are due to me by 3:00 PM on Friday, July 18, 2008:
