Representative DeMolay Award
The "Representative DeMolay" (RD) is the highest self-achievement award that an active or Senior DeMolay can earn. Designed by founder Frank S. Land, it challenges members to evaluate their personal growth and development across mental, physical, social, vocational, civic, and spiritual areas of life.
The purpose of this evaluation is to help you discover those areas in which you have strength and also those that you should strengthen.
