For many years, ritual competition has played an important role in maintaining a well rounded program for Virginia DeMolays. To ensure the continuity of this program, it is crucial we sustain an active corps of certified ritual judges who can objectively evaluate DeMolays as they compete against each other in the exemplification of the various ceremonies of our order.

Virginia DeMolay will host a ritual judges certification seminar at Conclave this year, on Thursday, July 22, 2021. The seminar will be at the Newport News Marriott at City Center, 740 Town Center Dr, Newport News, VA 23606, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Materials for seminar attendees will be provided - there is no cost to register. Those who complete the course will be asked to act as ritual judges for the state ritual competitions occurring that evening and the next day.

This seminar is open to anyone who is interested in attending, to include parents, Active DeMolays, DeMolay Advisors, Master Masons, and any other member of our Masonic Family. Those who attend this seminar will be eligible to act as judges at the DeMolay Mid Atlantic Tournament of Champions and all Virginia DeMolay ritual competitions.
