On Saturday, June 1, 2019, Virginia DeMolay will hold competitions in the following categories:

- 9'O Clock Interpolation
- Ceremony of Light
- Chapter Proficiency
- DeMolay Degree
- DeMolay Degree 4th Section
- Flower Talk
- Initiatory Degree
- Magnificent 7
- Majority Service
- RD Presentation Ceremony
- Shield Talk

Competitions will begin at 8:00 AM at Luray High School, 243 Bulldog Drive, Luray, VA 22835. Competitions will be followed by Virginia DeMolay's Spring Quarterly Meeting and Grand Master's Class. Please note that one chapter per region may compete in each of the ritual competitions listed above. Regional Master Councilors must provide me with the names of their region’s competitors by Sunday, May 19, 2019.

The winners of these contests will be announced and trophies will be presented during the State Association’s business session that afternoon. Furthermore, the chapters that win the DeMolay Degree, DeMolay Degree 4th Section and Flower Talk contests will be afforded the honor of conducting those ceremonies in Luray Caverns for the Grand Master’s Class that evening and will represent Virginia DeMolay at the Mid Atlantic Tournament of Champions in September 2019.

We need volunteers to judge! We have a lot of competitions going on and plan to run two judging panels at the same time. If you are certified and available to judge these competitions, please let me know as soon as possible.
