1994 VA DeMolay Spring Meeting

Dear Brothers of Virginia DeMolay:

Another summer is approaching, and this June 11 is once again time for our Spring

Quarterly, the Grand Master's Class in Luray Caverns. Those who have attended in the past

will agree that nothing is more impressive to a new DeMolay than a championship DeMolay

Degree performance in the caverns. The Grand Master's Class will be our last State- wide

initiation of this DeMolay year. Therefore, every effort should be made to see that your

prospects have the opportunity to be a part of this class. We have set an excellent

membership pace for our 75th Anniversary year ... let's close it in style in June!

The Quarterly will begin at 1:00pm with an Initiatory Degree to accommodate those

candidates who need to receive both degrees. Following the Initiatory Degree, we will have

a state meeting to prepare for Conclave and the following year. Before we enter the caverns,

we have been invited to take part in a FREE BAR-B-QUE provided by the Masons in the

Luray area. The only things that we need to supply are something to eat with (paper plates,

cups, and what-not), and a healthy DeMolay appetite. Chapters wishing to take part in the

free grub should contact their Regional Deputy by June 4, 1994 so that we may get an idea

of how many people will be eating. If you don't contact your Regional Deputy, don't expect

to eat our Bar-B-Que! For those who wish to make overnight arrangements at a hotel, you

should call the Ramada Inn in Luray at 703-743-4521.
