About the event
We are pleased to announce the annual Virginia DeMolay Advisor’s Retreat will be held in Richmond, Virginia over the weekend of February 28, 2026, to March 1, 2026. We extend an invitation to all current active Advisors of Virginia DeMolay and their spouses to participate. This year's aim is to introduce our new state staff, engage in open and active discussions, and ultimately strategize new directions for Virginia DeMolay.
The sessions will take place at Westhampton Masonic Lodge, located at 9290 Three Chopt Road, Henrico, VA 23229.
Our evening dinner will be held at Tarrants West, 11129 Three Chopt Rd, Richmond, VA 23233.
Lodging has been arranged at the Comfort Suites Innsbrook, 4051 Innslake Dr, Glen Allen, VA.
Our day will start at 9:30 AM with coffee and donuts, followed by the program beginning at 10 AM. Virginia DeMolay will provide a sub lunch at the lodge, and we aim to conclude by 5:00 PM so advisors can check into the hotel and prepare for dinner. We will meet again at Tarrants West at 6:30 PM for dinner.
Virginia DeMolay will cover lodging for Saturday night, as well as lunch at the lodge and dinner at Tarrants West. Advisors must make hotel reservations BY 1/31/26 by calling 804-217-9200 and mentioning "Virginia DeMolay." Currently, both king bed and two double bedrooms are available. A credit card will be needed to hold your room, but Virginia DeMolay will cover the room charges for Saturday night.
