The events planned for this year’s Brotherhood Weekend have

been designed to not only keep you entirely involved, and to have fun, but to strengthen the connection between You and all Your Brothers, in all areas of this great Commonwealth.

Brotherhood Prices

The cost for all DeMolays and Advisors who will be attending the entire weekend is $40.00 per person.  This includes the room, lunch, banquet, midnight pizza, and breakfast.  DeMolays will be 4 to a room and advisors will be 2 to a room.

Guest Packages are as Follows:

Guest Package 1:

Banquet, Dance, Pizza, Hotel Room, and Breakfast (4 per room): $48.00 per person

Banquet, Dance, Pizza, Hotel Room, and Breakfast (3 per room): $56.00 per person

Banquet, Dance, Pizza, Hotel Room, and Breakfast (2 per room): $68.00 per person

Banquet, Dance, Pizza, Hotel Room, and Breakfast (1 per room): $104.00 per person

Guest Package 2:

Banquet, Dance, and Pizza: $22.00 per person

Schedule Details

Ritual Competitions start at 8:00 AM.

Brotherhood Weekend for all other participants begins at 11:00 AM.

Banquet begins promptly at 6:30 PM.  Dance to follow. 

All reservations are due no later than December 30^th, 2003.  This is imperative, as we have to give reservation numbers to the hotel and the caterer on the 31^st.  Please email reservations to Luke Giannini at lag5r@virginia.edu.  Please include Bethel, Assembly, Chapter name and the name of all participants who will be attending.  Please bring all payments to Brotherhood Weekend and make all checks payable to “Virginia DeMolay.”

All reservations are binding and you will be responsible for all payments due!
