Cost

Total Weekend (4x room) includes Saturday lunch and banquet dinner, dance, pizza party, hotel room(PRICES FOR DIFFERENT ROOM SETUPS ARE ON THE REGISTRATION SHEET, ADVISORS ARE TWO TO A ROOM AT THE 4 PERSON RATE):

            $50.00 per person

Day Only (includes Saturday lunch and banquet dinner, dance, and pizza party)

            $30.00 per person

Banquet, Dance, and Pizza Party (by ticket only):

            $26.00 per person

Banquet and Dance only (by ticket only):

            $17.00 per person

Registration Procedure:

All registrations and monies are due to Dad Luke Giannini by January 8, 2010. 

The cancellation deadline is January 11, 2010.  After this point, your Chapter, Bethel, or Assembly will be financially responsible for any canceled attendees.  The deadline to add attendees is January 14, 2010.  THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONS ALLOWED AFTER THIS DATE.
