Mom Phyllis Pendleton
Flower Talk Contest Winners
The Virginia DeMolay Flower Talk trophy was dedicated to the memory of Mom Phyllis Pendleton shortly after her passing on April 25, 2018. Mom Pendleton was a supporter of Virginia DeMolay for over 50 years. She proudly served beside her husband, 1989 Advisor of the Year, Dad Art Pendleton, as an avid supporter of to hundreds of Roanoke Valley chapter members. She was also the proud mother of State Master Councilor Chris Pendleton (1993) and grandmother of State Master Councilor Noah Pendleton (2019), who were also both Virginia DeMolay Champion Flower Talk competitors. Dad Art Pendleton made the Phyllis Pendleton Flower Talk Trophy and the whole Pendleton family presented the trophy to the first winner at our Spring Quarterly Meeting on June 4, 2018.
